Shining Waters Holistic Therapies is run by Liz.
Liz has worked in the health service for many years as both a nurse and midwife. She has long had an interest in holistic therapies. She has trained both in the UK and overseas. Liz specializes in the acclaimed Raynor Massage Therapy but also offers aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage and hot stone massage. She is a member of the International Natural Therapists Association.
Liz provides treatments from a dedicated facility in Thornhill near Egremont and also mobile treatments across the West Cumbria area.
