A very relaxing treatment. It will help improve circulation to your scalp, to improve mental alertness and to relieve anxiety. As well as your head, your shoulders and back are also massaged. This treatment is done through light clothing.
Hot stone massage is an ancient healing practice using hot (or cold) stones to provide “thermal therapy”. The energy balancing properties provide a method to reach deep tissue for healing. The alternating hot/cold/hot/cold technique is beneficial for the treatment of acute conditions such as muscle spasms and chronic conditions like osteoarthritis.
For total relaxation and will help sooth away your everyday stresses and strains. It encourages lymphatic drainage and will relieve your body of toxins, improving your general well-being.
You provide the party and I’ll do the pampering! Typically within a 3 hour session I'll do treatments for six people of half an hour each. Please ring to discuss your requirements.
